Vaginal Thrush

Vaginal thrush is a common fungal (candida) infection. It isn't a sexually transmitted infection and is usually straightforward to treat.

Common symptoms

• Itching and irritation around the vagina and vulva
• A thick, white discharge
• Soreness or stinging when peeing or during sex

When to seek further advice
